TC-650K平貼全自動(dòng)貼窗機(jī)適用于各種不同款式的開窗紙盒的窗口貼膜，具有如紙巾盒、禮品盒、玩具盒、化妝盒等，此設(shè)備具有高效、精準(zhǔn)、穩(wěn)定、易操作等特點(diǎn)，能大大的提高生產(chǎn)效率，從而降低生產(chǎn)成本。它使用范圍廣，各種異形盒子也能快速操作，UV、白卡紙、瓦楞紙都適用。故該設(shè)備深受新老客戶青睞。

輸紙部：Paper Delivery Department:

輸紙皮帶采用日本倪塔品牌及耐用牛筋皮帶，可按產(chǎn)品需求選擇,UV產(chǎn)品多的，可選擇日本尼塔皮帶，解決輸紙不順暢的問題。底部皮帶真空吸附輸紙，伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，可多種輸紙模式切換。

The paper conveying belt adopts the Japanese Nita brand and durable beef tendon belts, which can be selected according to product needs. If there are many UV products, you can choose Japanese Nita belts to solve the problem of uneven paper conveying. The bottom belt vacuum absorbs the paper and is driven by a servo motor, which can switch multiple paper feeding modes.

操作界面Operating interface:

所有參數(shù)的設(shè)置和功能的開關(guān)均在觸摸屏內(nèi)操作，操作面板外圍設(shè)有“點(diǎn)動(dòng)，啟   動(dòng)，急停，調(diào)速”快捷操作按鈕.

定位部：Positioning Department：

鏈條導(dǎo)條采用進(jìn)口高分子材料耐磨靜音，紙張定位采用四方推塊增加紙張高速運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性。

Chain guides are made of imported polymer materials, wear-resistant and mute, and paper positioning is made of square pushers to increase the stability of paper in high-speed operation.

涂膠部：Glue department：

特殊機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)通過海綿涂膠法，將膠水快速且均勻的涂于產(chǎn)品表面，刮膠效果好。

貼膜部：Film Department：

送膜采用伺服電機(jī)傳送及滾筒吸附連續(xù)式粘貼，相比傳統(tǒng)間歇式粘貼具有貼合速度快，精度高，對(duì)薄膜要求低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

The film feeding adopts servo motor transmission and roller adsorption for continuous pasting. Compared with the traditional intermittent pasting, it has the advantages of fast bonding speed, high precision, and low requirements on the film.

收紙臺(tái)：Delivery station：

收紙臺(tái)采用單獨(dú)步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制皮帶運(yùn)行，疊紙間距可整體或分段調(diào)節(jié)，多段速運(yùn)行?？蛇B續(xù)，停頓，點(diǎn)數(shù)靈活運(yùn)用。進(jìn)口柔軟適中皮帶輸送可避免壓傷產(chǎn)品，層迭式整齊收紙，確保質(zhì)量,提高收紙效率。

The delivery table uses a separate stepping motor to control the belt operation, the stacking distance can be adjusted as a whole or in sections, and it runs at multiple speeds. It can be continuous, paused, and points can be used flexibly.

Imported soft and moderate belt conveying can avoid crushing the product, and stacking neatly collects paper to ensure perfect quality and improve paper delivery efficiency.

電氣系統(tǒng)：Electrical System:

整機(jī)采用PLC程序控制，各種電氣元件、檢測(cè)開關(guān)均采用日本、臺(tái)灣、法國、德國等公司產(chǎn)品。

The whole machine adopts PLC program control, and all kinds of electrical components and detection switches adopt the products of Japan, Taiwan, France, Germany and other   companies.
